Where do I find the Sedans and Limousines at the Vancouver International Airport (YVR)?

At YVR, we offer a curb side walk out service that is based on a first come – first served basis. You can find us at the arrivals level of both the domestic and international terminal buildings.

Will there be a wait for curbside service at YVR?

Curb side service is based on a first come – first served basis. Considering the size of our fleet, there is usually up to three vehicles waiting on each level so there is minimal waiting time. If there is not a vehicle waiting, our 24 hour dispatch can be called using the courtesy phone and a vehicle will be sent immediately.

Are there cars curb side at the airport 24 hours?

Yes, Aerocar Services operates at YVR 24 hours a day.

Can I make a reservation for curb side service at YVR?

There is no reservation required for this service as we always have vehicles available to service the airport. If you would like to guarantee that there is a vehicle available, you can book a reservation for a guaranteed vehicle or meet and greet service.

What is a guaranteed vehicle reservation?

This is a reservation that guarantees a specific vehicle will be waiting at the date and time agreed upon. The charge for this is $25.

Can I have a greeter waiting inside the terminal?

Yes, this is called a Meet and Greet Service. When the flight arrives, a driver will personally meet you within the terminal building holding a sign and escort you to a reserved vehicle.

Do you offer service only at YVR?

No, Aerocar Service offers flat transfer rates to and from ANY destination in the lower mainland, as well as hourly rates. We specialize in reliable door to door ground transportation to all major and private Vancouver Lower Mainland Airports, Train Stations and Piers.

Can I make a reservation from the cruise ship terminal?

Yes. Once you disembark, please use the courtesy phone located just outside the main exit doors at either cruise ship terminal to call the Port Authority and tell them you have a reservation with Aerocar Service. They will ask for your name, the number of passengers and the ship that you disembarked from. You must use the courtesy phone, as this is how our limousines or sedans are released from the holding area.

Can I make a reservation from the ferry terminal?

Yes. We service the both the Tsawwaseen ferry terminal and the Horseshoe Bay ferry terminal.

Can I make a reservation from the train station?

Yes. We service all Train Stations in the Lower Mainland.

How far in advance should I make a reservation?

For curb side service there is no reservation required.

For pickup at any other location, due to the fact that we have a large fleet, we can usually accommodate bookings up to the last minute. To guarantee availability, it is recommended that you make your reservation in advance.

For weddings and graduations, we recommend that you make your reservation at least 2 months in advance.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can either pre pay in advance, pay the driver directly or obtain a corporate account for monthly invoicing. We accept payment by Cash, Credit Card, Direct Deposit or on a Corporate Account.

If you would like to pre-pay, we can send you a credit card authorization form by either fax or email. Simply fill out this form with your credit card information, sign it and send it back to us.

Payment can be made to the driver directly by either cash or credit card.

Are gratuities required?

Providing a gratuity to the chauffeur is completely at your discretion. Most customers offer a gratuity in the range of 10% to 20%.

How many people can your limousines hold?

Are there drinks or glasses provided in the limousine?

We do not provide Alcohol; however, ice and glasses are available upon request for all charters or hourly reservations.
